Connect Etsy to airsource
Sync your Etsy shop data (orders, listings, shop info) to Airtable / Notion / Google Sheets automatically.
Time required: about 2 minutes
Steps
1. Sign in to airsource
Open https://airsource.io and sign in with your email (or create an account).
2. Click "Connect Etsy"
On the onboarding screen, choose Etsy under "Select a source to connect" and click Connect Etsy.
3. Sign in to Etsy and authorize
The Etsy sign-in screen opens.
- Sign in with your Etsy account (skipped if you're already signed in)
- airsource requests the following access:
- "View order information" (
transactions_r) - "View listings" (
listings_r) - "View shop information" (
shops_r)
- "View order information" (
- Click Allow
4. Connection complete
You're returned to airsource automatically and a completion screen appears.
Continue by setting up your destination (Airtable / Notion / Google Sheets).
What gets synced

FAQ
Q: Is my Etsy password stored by airsource? A: No. airsource uses Etsy's official OAuth flow — your password is never passed to airsource.
Q: How often does it sync? A: Every 15 minutes by default. You can change this in onboarding settings.
Q: How do I disconnect? A: airsource dashboard → Integration settings → click Delete.
