Connect Your Amazon Seller Account to airsource

Sync your Amazon Seller Central data — orders, settlements, and inventory — to Airtable, Notion, or Google Sheets automatically.

Status: Private preview. Amazon SP-API integration is currently invitation-only while we complete Amazon Developer registration. Contact us to be added to the waitlist.

What gets synced

  • Orders: All Amazon orders with totals, line items, fulfillment status (FBA / FBM)
  • Settlements: Payout reports with marketplace fees, refunds, and net deposits
  • Inventory: FBA inventory summaries (available, reserved, inbound)

What you need

  • An Amazon Seller Central account in good standing
  • The marketplace(s) you want to sync
  • About 10 minutes once you're in the preview cohort

Joining the private preview

  1. Email support@airsource.io with the subject line "Amazon preview"
  2. Include your Seller Central email and the marketplace(s) you want to sync
  3. We will reply within 2 business days with onboarding instructions

Preview customers get:

  • Priority support during setup
  • Free integration for the first 60 days after general availability
  • Direct input on which Amazon resources we add next

How the connection will work (after activation)

Once you receive your preview invitation, the flow is:

  1. Open the personalized onboarding link we send you
  2. Authorize airsource in Seller Central (Apps and Services > Manage Your Apps)
  3. airsource exchanges the authorization code for a refresh token and stores it encrypted
  4. First sync runs within 5 minutes; subsequent syncs every 15 minutes by default

No keys to copy or paste. Authorization happens entirely inside Amazon.

Permissions explained

airsource only requests read access. It cannot:

  • Place orders or modify listings on your behalf
  • Change prices, inventory levels, or shipping settings
  • Access your bank account or payout destinations
  • Send messages to buyers

The exact SP-API roles requested are: Orders (read), Reports (Settlement reports), and Inventory and Order Management (read).

Disconnecting

To disconnect after general availability, go to Seller Central > Apps and Services > Manage Your Apps, find airsource, and click Revoke. Your data already synced to Airtable / Notion / Google Sheets will remain in place.

Troubleshooting

"Amazon integration is in beta": You have reached the onboarding endpoint before your preview slot is active. Reply to your preview invitation email and we will check your activation status.

Authorization screen shows a missing scope: Your Seller Central account may not have SP-API enabled. Contact Amazon Seller Support and request SP-API access before retrying.

No orders syncing after activation: Confirm your selling account has at least one order in the last 30 days. airsource pulls orders with LastUpdatedAfter filters; very old accounts with no recent activity will appear empty until a new order arrives.
