ANKH Inc. ('we', 'us', or 'our') operates airsource SaaS ('airsource'). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service.

1. Information We Collect

  • Email address (for account creation and communications).
  • API credentials (Stripe, Shopify, eBay, etc.) — stored encrypted at rest.
  • Integration and sync logs (timestamps, record counts, error codes).
  • Usage data (pages visited, features used, browser/device type).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve the airsource service.
  • To send transactional emails (sync errors, billing receipts).
  • To respond to support requests.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

  • We use Supabase (database, hosted in the US) and Vercel (infrastructure, US-based) to operate the service.
  • Your customer data — fetched from source APIs — is processed in memory and written to your chosen destination (Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion). We do not retain raw sales data on our servers.
  • We use Stripe for billing. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

  • Sync logs are retained for 90 days.
  • Upon account deletion, all personal data and API credentials are deleted within 24 hours.
  • Destination data (records written to Airtable, etc.) remains in your destination — we do not delete third-party data on your behalf.

5. Security

  • API credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256.
  • All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.2+.
  • Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel only.

6. GDPR & CCPA

  • If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, rectify, port, or erase your personal data.
  • California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).

7. Cookies

  • We use essential session cookies for authentication.
  • We use Vercel Analytics, which may use anonymised identifiers. No marketing or tracking cookies are used.

8. Changes to This Policy

  • We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 7 days before material changes take effect.
