Connect Square to airsource
Sync your Square data (orders/transactions, customers, catalog items) to Airtable / Notion / Google Sheets automatically.

Steps
1. Sign in to airsource
Open https://airsource.io and sign in with your email (or create an account).
2. Click "Connect Square"
On the onboarding screen, choose Square under "Select a source to connect" and click Connect Square.
3. Sign in to Square and authorize
The Square sign-in screen opens.
- Sign in with your Square account (skipped if you're already signed in)
- airsource requests the following read-only access:
- View orders and transactions (
ORDERS_READ) - View customers (
CUSTOMERS_READ) - View catalog items (
ITEMS_READ)
- View orders and transactions (
- Click Allow
4. Connection complete
You're returned to airsource automatically and a completion screen appears.
Continue by setting up your destination (Airtable / Notion / Google Sheets).
What gets synced

airsource requests read-only scopes — it never modifies your Square data.
FAQ
Q: Is my Square password stored by airsource? A: No. airsource uses Square's official OAuth flow — your password is never passed to airsource.
Q: How often does it sync? A: Every 15 minutes by default. You can change this in onboarding settings.
Q: How do I disconnect? A: airsource dashboard → Integration settings → click Delete. You can also revoke access from your Square Developer / account settings under connected applications.
