CSV Export — Customer Quick Start Guide

Overview

airsource's CSV Export destination lets you download synced data as a CSV file at any time, or receive it by email.


Setup: 1 minute

Step 1: Create an Integration (or select an existing one)

  1. Sign in to the airsource Dashboard
  2. Click New Integration
  3. Choose a Source (Stripe / Shopify, etc.) and connect your account

Step 2: Select "CSV" as your Destination

In the Destination section, choose CSV Export.

Step 3: Choose your delivery method

Delivery method Description
Download Generate and download from the dashboard with one click. URL is valid for 24 hours.
Email The CSV is sent as an email attachment to the address you specify.

If you choose Email: enter the recipient email address.

Step 4: Done

Setup is complete. Click Generate CSV Now on the CSV Export tab in your dashboard to generate one immediately.


How to use it

Manual generation from the dashboard

  1. Dashboard → Integrations → select the target integration
  2. Click the CSV tab
  3. Click Generate CSV Now
  4. Download mode: a Download CSV link appears — click it to download
  5. Email mode: an email with the attachment is sent to the address you specified

Automatic schedule

CSVs are generated and delivered automatically according to your sync schedule (15 min / 1 hour / 1 day).


FAQ

Q: How long is the Download URL valid? A: 24 hours. If it has expired, click Generate CSV Now to regenerate it.

Q: Can it handle large datasets? A: Download mode has no size limit. Email mode is recommended to stay under 100 KB (use Download mode for larger files).

Q: Can I change the column order? A: Not at this time. Source fields are output as-is.

Q: I want CSVs emailed on a regular schedule. How? A: Use Email mode and set your sync schedule (e.g. 1day will email a CSV every day).
