airsource — Chatwork Notification Setup Guide (1-2 minutes)

Send real-time notifications of revenue events to a Chatwork room.

Step 1: Get your Chatwork API token

1. Sign in to Chatwork.
2. Click your account name in the top-right and choose Service Integrations.
3. Open the API Token tab and enter your password to reveal the token.
4. Copy the API token.

Step 2: Find the Room ID of your destination room

1. Open the Chatwork room you want to send notifications to.
2. Check the URL in your browser. Example: https://www.chatwork.com/#!rid123456789 In this case the Room ID is 123456789.
3. Note the Room ID (digits only).

Step 3: Enter the values in airsource

During onboarding, select Chatwork as your destination and enter the following two values:

• API Token: the token you copied in Step 1
• Room ID: the digits-only ID you found in Step 2

Example notification

Troubleshooting

• "Invalid API token" error: regenerate the token from Chatwork's Service Integrations page.
• "Room not found" error: confirm the Room ID contains only digits (no # or rid characters).
• Messages not arriving: double-check the API token and Room ID entered in airsource.
